Personalised Care Services

We are a Community Care organisation and provide care services for persons living in their own homes. This is based on an assessment of personal needs, with a variety of services offered.

Each service user has a Care Manager allocated to ensure the right care package is delivered and answer any concerns that may arise. We only use staff who are committed to the caring profession, with good interpersonal skills, and actively help them progress further with skills development and support. Salopian follows quality control procedures to ensure care of the highest standard is being delivered.

We record concerns from service users or carers that arise on a day to day basis for both immediate resolution and as an input to process improvement.

Salopian supports individuals funded privately, by direct payments or as social care. We can work within the Self Directed Support Framework for individuals or groups funded by Personal and Individual Budgets.

Community Care, Home Care, Domiciliary Care Services

This type of care is referred to variously as Community Care, Home Care and Domiciliary Care; they are all the same and the essence of the care is to enable our service users to remain in their own homes and be part of the community.
