We have Care opportunities available in Community Care for Care Workers who are reliable and interested in the caring profession with an Adult client group. You may have worked in Domiciliary Care / Home Care before or may be looking for a new challenge?

Our carers earn well above the “national minimum wage”

We have full and part-time positions with various hours – mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnight. We offer both Contracted Hours Contracts and Zero Hours Contracts to suit your personal needs. We pay excellent rates of pay, above national rates with further enhancements for care experience, evenings and weekends. We also pay for travel time, mileage, holidays and pension. This means that our carers earn well above the “national living wage”.

Full support and ongoing training

You will receive a comprehensive induction, shadowing and training package when you start with us.

Market Drayton , Wem or Shawbury

We are expanding in all areas and have care positions in Market Drayton, Wem and Shawbury.

As part of a dedicated care team you will provide tailored care to our service users. You will be guided by a care plan and be supported by an Area Supervisor and Care Manager. An individual training plan will be prepared for you by our Training Manager.
