It is our objective to offer our service users the highest standard of domiciliary care through our approach.

We believe in the importance of relationships between those we provide for and the staff we employ.

We want Service Users to be delighted with the service they receive and check our own performance with confidential satisfaction questionnaires.

We will appoint your own Care Manager, they will meet with you to discuss your care requirements and agree a Care Plan with you. We then select suitable Carers and introduce them to you. Your Care Manager will review your care with you on an on-going basis and should anything not go to your liking, tell us and we will quickly resolve it.

Quality Care Services

We believe that the delivery of quality care services starts with the recruitment of high calibre staff backed up by solid processes and on-going skills development.

Our staff recruitment targets individuals committed to the sector with both interpersonal skills and the achievement of, or desire to attain professional qualification. New staff receive a complete induction programme before they start work ensuring all mandatory aspects are covered together with a familiarisation with our rigorous codes of practice. We give our staff fair rates of pay and ongoing training.

Management have over 20 years Care Delivery experience and qualified Registered Manager status.

Our goal is to achieve mutual Service User and Staff satisfaction.
